**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Production Manager to join our fast-paced global marketing team at Maap. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of marketing materials for all global marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process for all marketing projects across all Maap channels from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to support the development of innovative concepts and ideas for world-class marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, Creative, Sales, Retail, and other internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across all key departments and department leaders to execute holistic marketing programs.
- Ensure all marketing and creative outputs align with Maap's brand standards and guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to secure resources and manage outsourced production work.
- Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules and meetings, tracking progress and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Anticipate and address potential production challenges, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Drive Maap's Global Marketing GTM process to bring all stakeholders along in delivering effective marketing work on time across all core channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, marketing, or project management, preferably within the sports or apparel industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of creative output, from initial concept through to final production.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
- The ability to lead and inspire creative teams, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.
- A genuine passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- The ability to stay motivated and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges and tight deadlines.
