About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Associate Technology Consultant.

This role offers the chance to support customers in their digital transformation and sustain the adoption of SAP software, working closely with our Customer Services & Delivery team.

You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your skills, and take on new challenges as you progress through our graduate program.

The Role in Business Transformation Services

Business Transformation Services provides transformation consulting, enterprise architecture guidance, and change management advisory services.

We aim to support customers in SAP application-enabled business transformations across the entire life cycle, from value identification to benefit realization.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate interest in innovative topics, curiosity, and the ability to translate those into customer digital transformation strategy.

  • Basic understanding of interdependencies between business and IT in transformation programs is desired.
  • General knowledge of latest trends in information technology, preferably SAP Cloud solutions and services, is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
  • Learns and understands the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio and delivers according to service specifications.
  • Conducts job rotations with various teams within the business while meeting performance requirements.
  • Participates in case studies, classroom and self-paced learnings with a mix of technical and soft-skill topics and on-the-job training.
  • Works on relevant projects that demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving, time management, and communication skills through activities during training and rotations.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
