We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering strategic consulting services to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping businesses navigate the complex landscape of digital transformation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop customized solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize results
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on digital strategy, technology enablement, and operational infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years' experience in customer success, project management, digital marketing, technology consulting, analytics, and/or customer experience optimization (CRO, AB testing)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; skilled in leading customer discussions and facilitating workshops
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional project management skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
