Senior IT Executive Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Executive to spearhead our technology delivery, systems, data, security, and people development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steer the IT function through major transformations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with global IT teams to align platforms, integration, and data strategies across the group.
  • Maintain full accountability for IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, data integrity, and cyber security.
  • Plan and execute high-impact technology projects, delivering them on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for technology modernisation, automation, and innovation to support business growth.
  • Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams through periods of uncertainty and change, while mentoring and building internal capability.
  • Maintain the integrity, security, and compliance of all data systems in accordance with group-wide policies and local regulations.
  • Shape and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap that supports the strategic direction of the business.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior IT roles, preferably in a leadership position.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
