Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the commercial property management sector.

As a senior commercial property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our portfolio, which includes self-storage, warehouse, logistics hubs, shopping centers, and commercial offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease renewals and disposals, ensuring optimal returns on investment.
  • Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve broader business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • tertiary education in Property Economics or related field is desirable but not essential.
