This is a high-impact role managing a broad and complex property portfolio across premises, fleets, assets, and associated leasing arrangements.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all assets, premises, fleets, leases, and contracts, ensuring full compliance with terms and budgets.
Manage procurement and contracted services in line with the client's procurement and contract management framework.
Provide high-level strategic advice on leasing, asset management, and contractual matters to senior leadership.
Represent the organisation in negotiations, consultations, and committees relating to asset management.
Lead the delivery of key property-related projects and programs to drive service improvements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance service outcomes.
About You: Proven experience in property and asset management within large, complex organisations.
Strong knowledge of lease negotiation, procurement frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
