Our team remains our top priority – we care about you and your career. Our Property Managers are more 'Relationship Managers' and we try and create a culture of growth; for our clients, the business but importantly our staff.

The Role

You will manage between 200-300 properties (depending on the portfolio) without having to do any leasing or new business.

You will be required to do ingoings, routines, arrears management and coordinate repairs and maintenance however we have support available. Customer Service will be your main focus and becoming a trusted advisor so you will have the confidence to handle whatever issues arise and have great negotiation skills. Monday – Friday. No Saturdays.

You will enjoy Friday afternoon drinks and a fun, young culture throughout all aspects of the business. All whilst always striving for best practice. We have a view on changing Property Management to a more modern different way and our team is striving to provide exceptional service.

Remuneration will be based on experience. Incentive structure in place to reward growth and profitability.

About You

You will be a licensed real estate agent with a minimum of 5 years property management experience, and potentially those with near 10 years experience will be viewed favourably. You will be confident, keen to continue learning, well-presented and have no issues in picking up the phone and sorting out issues. Your time management skills will be second to none and you are able

to juggle many things at once, without dropping the ball. You will love property and you will be humble, hungry and smart.
