Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager

A leading commercial property management business seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its team in North Sydney.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial property management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large portfolios of commercial properties and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including asset management, lease renewals, compliance, and reporting.
You will also be expected to provide strategic advice to the management team and contribute to the development of business growth initiatives.

Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in commercial property management
- Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios of commercial properties
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This is a competitive salary package of between $130,000 and $145,000 subject to experience.
