Job Title: Policy Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will undertake research and analysis across the education continuum from early childhood to higher education and vocational training. You will lead and contribute to strategic projects that generate fresh thinking and deliver practical evidence-informed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous policy and research analysis of education systems
  • Produce high-impact written outputs including reports, briefs, and media pieces
  • Represent the Institute as a public-facing spokesperson
  • Engage with stakeholders and represent the Institute at forums and national conferences

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of education systems and policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
