About the Role:

Novated Lease Australia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Client Relationships Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for continuing to grow our rapidly expanding client portfolio and driving mass customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and win new clients, primarily focusing on employers with a workforce greater than 500 employees.
  • Pitch and educate potential clients on our product, technology, and exceptional service.
  • Hunt for opportunities, leveraging existing relationships, and utilizing our CRM and other prospecting tools.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful signup and smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage and handle new company enquiries, as well as project manage tenders we are invited to partake.
  • Attend industry events and promote Novated Lease Australia.
  • Work closely with the National Relationship Manager, sales teams, and client support teams.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role; ideally within the novated industry.
  • Understanding of novated leasing from both an employee and employer level.
  • Motivated self-starter who can establish a strategic course of action.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused - always looking at ways to surprise and delight customers.
  • Ability to liaise with business owners, partners, and C-Suite executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, including an ability to present confidently in a professional setting.
