We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in the Central West region. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make a real difference in people's lives.
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their recovery and return to work after injury or illness. You will conduct assessments, case management services, and deliver counselling to support clients through challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their recovery, return to work, and life after injury or illness
- Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios
- Deliver high-quality counselling services to support clients through sudden changes in their career goals and circumstances
- Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
- Interact and build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong background in Occupational Rehabilitation or a related field (Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology)
- Full membership of ASORC or registration with AHPRA
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Honesty, integrity, and a good team attitude
- Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality services
