Are you passionate about helping people achieve their goals and return to work? We have an exciting opportunity for an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or exercise physiologist to join our team.

  • This role involves assisting individuals in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations, evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs, and helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
