Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned professional in the field of project management, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. Your expertise will be invaluable in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Project Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive capital program success.
  • Program Planning & Execution: Deliver complex programs of work, leveraging your expertise to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including Site Engineering and Operations Managers, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage key stakeholders to deliver programs to agreed milestone dates, demonstrating exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Feasibility & Design: Conduct thorough due diligence and feasibility studies to inform project decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to business practices and statutory regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Technical Leadership: Develop and maintain technical specifications and commercial contracts, showcasing your expertise in this area.
  • Process Improvement & Support: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline and a minimum of five years' experience in project management within an industrial manufacturing environment. Your skillset will include:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
