About Our Senior Civil Project Manager RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to lead our team in executing an element of the project life cycle, including planning studies, detailed designs, and construction contracts. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer or a Site Engineer/Project Engineer looking to step up into a Senior PM role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise projects to TMR or other authority body policies, standards, and specifications in Australia

  • Develop time and cost estimates, budgets, documentation, charts, and schedules

  • Perform risk analysis, manage risks and issues, and conduct strategic influencing

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification accepted by the Institution of Engineers Australia

  • Valid driver's license and own mobile phone

  • Computer literacy in established industry programs

  • Well-developed organizing and problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in road construction, maintenance, and/or upgrade projects delivery

  • Experience in civil road and transport infrastructure planning, design, developing schedules, and construction

  • Sound fundamental understanding of earthworks, drainage, pavement rehabilitation, timber and concrete bridge rehabilitation, culvert structure remediation, electrical, ITS, landscape and urban design, pavements (asphalt, bound, and unbound), bituminous surfacing, road furniture, and retaining walls
