Job Description

This role is for a Senior Civil Engineer to guide purposeful work that supports the future of land infrastructure. You will collaborate with a diverse team to explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.

The ideal candidate will have relevant engineering experience, be accredited (or working towards) and possess strong collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people.

About the Role

We are looking for an engineer who can take a lead role on civil design infrastructure projects, maintaining involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead civil design infrastructure projects.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with a team to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across a broad range of private and government projects.
  • Client Facilitation: Support client-facing activities, growing your network and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Personal Growth: Develop technical skills and leadership abilities within the team.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a range of engineers to explore creative and efficient solutions.
  • Insight Sharing: Share well-informed guidance that supports confident decision-making.
Requirements
  • A relevant engineering degree and at least 5 years' post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering
  • Accreditation (or working towards)
  • Strong ability to shape effective solutions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives
