About IT Hardware Support Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and repair services for computers, printers, mobile devices, and network equipment.

As an IT Hardware Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by providing hands-on repairs and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT hardware.

The role involves travel to client sites using a company-provided vehicle, with all tolls covered.

You'll be responsible for responding to service requests, diagnosing and repairing IT hardware, and maintaining accurate records of completed work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and repair services for computer hardware, printers, mobile devices, and network equipment

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in IT hardware support, troubleshooting, and repair
    • Good working knowledge of desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Current driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations
    • Familiarity with job tracking or ticketing systems is an advantage
