Occupational Therapist Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our team and shape the next generation of clinicians. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in their local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to participants within schools, homes and the local community.
  • Use clinical observations, standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to help participants achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mentor graduate and early career occupational therapists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience as an Occupational Therapist beyond graduation (5 years minimum).
  • Leadership capability to meet key responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
