Unlock Your Potential in Product Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Global Payments. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive product marketing communications plans to drive product adoption and engagement across our existing customer base.

In this role, you will define and manage the go-to-marketing strategy and material for new products and feature launches, including live webinars, email campaigns, product collateral, and more. You will also provide support to the Campaign Marketing Manager and Senior Manager - Lead Generation to shape and deliver the overall product communications strategy, maintaining high customer retention rates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive product marketing communications plan;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to position products effectively and develop compelling content;
  • Utilizing our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to automate marketing campaigns, manage customer segmentation, and deliver targeted communications;
  • Conducting market and customer research to inform audience targeting and messaging;
  • Creating engaging product content that communicates our value proposition and drives product adoption and customer retention;
  • Overseeing product launches, feature releases, and positioning to enhance customer engagement.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a passion for technology, a continuous curiosity to learn, and a commitment to succeed. A strategic thinker with strong communication skills, you naturally build rapport with key stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a software or technology company;
  • Proficiency across a wide range of marketing channels (in-product app, email, blog, social media, website, digital, video, and events) and understanding of how each supports business goals;
  • A strong insight-led approach with the ability to understand and cater to customer preferences;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce;
  • Proven experience in managing a product's lifecycle from ideation to launch;
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Please note that you must have full work rights in Australia, the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check, and the ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 + superannuation. Part-time options are available for the successful candidate.
