Perth, Western Australia Zone IT Solutions Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer, based in Perth, with extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and HRSD modules

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and administering ServiceNow instances.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, and scoped applications.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions), and automation.
  • Experience in integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub; knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
  • Skilled in configuration management, CSDM, upgrades, plugin updates, dashboards, and portal/UI enhancements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, support, and stakeholder collaboration skills; experience in Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in a Managed Services environment.
