Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to accelerate our proprietary analytics solution, Unify, for key retailers across APAC. The successful candidate will lead on all reporting aspects of data delivery to key retailers, take ownership of reporting deliverables, and manage the Unify Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure high-quality client reporting, working with internal stakeholders to deliver requested changes on time.
- Deliver exceptional report and service leadership through superior management of content delivery for key retailers.
- Proactively manage client deliverables, assuring high-quality and timely solutions.
- Build rapid rapport with key client contacts, improving Client Satisfaction and NPS measurements.
- Investigate data changes and communicate the impact to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate potential risks internally before client communication.
- Understand industry best practices, comparing performance metrics to outside sources to ensure competitiveness.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail/FMCG market.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and plan effectively with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a curiosity to understand the 'why'.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions.
