About the Role
As a Senior Client Manager at Gallagher Bassett, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our clients' needs, both within our Victorian portfolio and nationally. This engagement-focussed role requires you to forge strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, managing relations between GB and large complex clients, including multi-state programs. You will work closely with our operational and sales teams to seize every opportunity to boost service and maximize revenue for our clients.About You
Significant experience in Client, Customer, Relationship or Account Management within the claims, workers compensation or broking industries is essential. You will have highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation. A strategic mindset and approach, along with previous experience using Salesforce, would be highly regarded. You will also have strong attention to detail, effective coaching ability, and a strong sense of team and collaboration.
