About the Role

  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios and cases with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure accurate system changes.
  • Assess impacts on finance processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review end-to-end data flow, identify inefficiencies, and present results to Product Owner and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and execute UAT Test Plans, test estimates, and completion reports.

Key Qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA).
  • 5+ years of testing experience, with clear understanding of insurance general ledger.
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, SDLC deliverables, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
