We are on the lookout for
**Test Manager** with experience in the
**Insurance Domain.**
This role is responsible for leading the project testing activities for a given Project, which includes developing and executing a Project Test Strategy, Test Approach and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The Test Manager supervises, directs and co-ordinates the activities of Test Leads, Test Analysts and business testers.

**Key Skills**:

- **Insurance Industry** experience
- **Release** and/or **Testing** experience
- Working within an **Agile environment**:

- Experience in Leading or coordinating role for Release and/or Testing activities in large scale project setting
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Certification (CTFL) - desired
- ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Test Automation (ICP-ATA) - desired
