**The Role**
We are currently looking for a Test Manager to join our NRMA Customer Loyalty Program (CLP)

You will be part of the growing CLP Operations team and will oversee and manage the test planning, preparation, execution of successful delivery of our Customer Loyalty Program.

To be successful, you must have previous experience in producing Test strategies and plans. This role will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of 7, so previous people management skills are essential

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the testing, documentation, and successful completion of projects in line with the CLP project delivery
- Provide expert and authoritative advice on all aspects of test planning and execution.
- Possess and utilise strong stakeholder management skills across various departments and squads
- Report the conclusion of testing.
- Manage capability development by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project team(s) in relation to testing.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- 3+ years industry experience
- Understanding of UI development
- Understanding of APIs and technical enough to be able to make REST calls
- Understanding of interface contracts
- Test automation tools (Confluence / Jira)
