Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of planners and urban designers.

The successful candidate will co-create high-quality environments, leading expert advice on planning and precinct-based frameworks. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of projects within key areas such as Broadmeadow.

As part of our team, you will work closely with the Strategic Planning Manager to develop comprehensive plans aligned with our Community Strategic Plan. You will also have opportunities for professional growth through rotational assignments within our service unit.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible/hybrid arrangements. The position offers a range of benefits, including paid parental leave, superannuation, and extensive employee benefits programs.

About the Role

  • Lead a team delivering expert planning advice and innovative precinct-based frameworks.
  • Deliver urban design, land use policy, and place-based planning, focusing on key areas such as Broadmeadow.
