About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Leader to join our Corporate Development & Strategy team, which plays a critical role in defining and driving the strategic direction of our Banking and Financial Services Group.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with senior business stakeholders within the Banking & Financial Services Group and other operating groups within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, develop, and execute overall strategic initiatives for the Banking and Financial Services Group.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and solve complex business problems with strong numerical and financial modeling skills.
  • Bring innovation to the business through products, processes, and technology.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver the overall strategy for the Banking & Financial Services Group.
  • Drive engagement across internal and external stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and commitment to ensure speed of execution in achieving strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • 4-7+ years of experience in a Strategy Consulting and/or Corporate Development environment, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic thinking skills, and a growth mindset.
  • An interest in financial services, fintech, and adjacent industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent numerical reasoning and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks to execute on key deliverables.
  • High integrity and experience working on confidential/sensitive matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with and influence stakeholders across all levels.
