We are seeking an experienced WebPAS Functional Specialist to join our team and provide functional support for webPAS implementations and associated services in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality implementation and training activities for webPAS projects as part of a dedicated project team.
- Identify opportunities for professional services via support processes, recognizing new business requirements from sales staff and customer discussions.
- Contribute to solution planning, estimation, and quotation, client IPS-based project activities, and functional training.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in functional webPAS roles in the ANZ healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of webPAS core modules and their functions.
- Experience in deploying webPAS in client environments (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service excellence.
This role offers a combination of office environment, customer location, and remote working. Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or project 'go lives'.
