Salesforce Platform Enhancement Specialist

As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in continually improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage user and license administration to ensure seamless access to the platform.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce settings, including flows, page layouts, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop training materials and train users to empower our team.
- Leverage your Salesforce expertise to drive platform enhancements and user satisfaction.
Requirements and Attributes:
- Proven hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud (desired)
- Preferably certified Salesforce Administrator
- Strong proactive attitude towards platform improvements
- Desire to implement best practice solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
