Lead Salesforce Platform Architect

As a senior member of the engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the architectural vision and direction of key Salesforce platforms within the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Your primary responsibility is to build and nurture a practice of highly skilled engineers who work collaboratively with product managers, delivery managers, and subject matter experts to drive impactful outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a practice of highly skilled engineers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and implement architectural strategies for Salesforce platforms.
  • Mentor and develop engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise.
  • At least 3 years leading cross-functional engineering teams with a DevOps mindset.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: custom apps, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, workflows, formula fields, SOQL, REST APIs.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions in B2B environments.
