Key Role in Salesforce Operations

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the uptake and embedment of our Salesforce platform across various business units and user groups.

  1. Manage support queries and requests from users, including assistance with reporting, campaigns, and templates.
  2. Investigate and resolve user issues, which may involve collaborating with multiple IT teams.
  3. Escalate incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and monitoring performance and availability issues.
  4. Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administrative functions, including user account setup, permissions, and sharing rules.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders, business units, and user groups to promote the use of our Salesforce platform.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferably in Financial Services/Insurance.
  • Ability to provide high-level customer support and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • Experience working on projects and as part of a project team.
