Job Title

Salesforce Platform Manager

Settlement Services International (SSI) is a community-based organisation and social business that supports newcomers and Australians to achieve their full potential.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily support for Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with end-users to understand their needs and providing guidance on Salesforce best practices.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce configuration, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Managing and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, updates, and cleanup activities.
  • Developing and implementing data quality strategies to ensure accurate and reliable information.
  • Creating and maintaining flows and other automation processes to streamline business processes.
  • Implementing and optimising automation solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Administering user access and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Conducting regular security audits and addressing any vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • 12 months+ proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
