Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and technical direction of our platform.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and consulting, with a strong ability to facilitate design discussions and challenge solutions constructively.
They will also possess hands-on technical leadership skills, with experience guiding onshore and offshore teams, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Omnistudio/Omniscript.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving program.
- Experience working closely with developers and consultants to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions within architectural guidelines.
Other responsibilities will include designing and scoping features and enhancements to support wide-ranging business requirements, providing technical guidance on integrations and platform optimisation, and mentoring junior developers and testers.
