Job Summary
A key role within the Land Portfolio team, this Business Finance Partner position requires collaboration with business leaders to drive commercial success and enhance financial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Craft strategic financial plans for leasing across the portfolio, partnering with the Commercial Performance & Planning team to achieve long-term objectives and strategies.
Deliver expert guidance and decision support to the Head of the Portfolio, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize financial performance.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for leasing across the portfolio, ensuring submissions accurately reflect realistic yet ambitious forecasts.
Collaborate with the Commercial Performance & Planning team to develop forward-looking executive reports applicable to leasing, driving informed decision-making and enhanced financial outcomes.
Act as a primary strategic partner to business leads, developing targeted action plans based on monthly results to drive improved financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

Fully qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.

Previous experience in business partnering with demonstrable examples of impactful outputs driving improvements and performance in a business.

Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, applied to deliver high-quality solutions and optimize business outcomes.

Budgeting and forecasting expertise, enabling accurate and informed decision-making.

Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaborative partnerships and optimizing business outcomes.
