Senior Property Manager Role

Elevate your property management career with a dynamic opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

We seek a highly capable and commercially savvy Senior Property Manager to lead our team in strategic lease negotiations, portfolio performance, and tenant relationships.

This role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and high-level organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new leases, renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, licenses, and assignments across the portfolio
  • Administer lease documentation, approvals, and compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes
  • Conduct financial analysis to support commercial recommendations and drive business growth
  • Partner closely with internal teams for seamless asset and lease delivery
  • Build trust-based relationships with tenants, agents, and external partners
  • Maintain up-to-date portfolio records including insurances, guarantees, disclosure statements, and critical dates
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial or retail property management and leasing
  • Solid understanding of lease legislation and associated codes
  • Strong financial acumen with data interpretation and lease modelling
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High-level organisational skills and strategic mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
