Key Responsibilities

As a strategic leader in the Asia Pacific region, you will drive project excellence, client satisfaction and sustainable business performance by leading activities in Tailings and Mine Waste Engineering.

Accountabilities of the Role
  • You will grow and strengthen the team through strategic recruitment and development of high-performing national practices.
  • Inspire and guide regional leaders and professionals across multiple states, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Manage financial performance through resource management with administration teams, team leaders and technical discipline managers.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality technical outputs, ensuring reports and deliverables meet standards and client expectations on time and within budgets.
  • Develop relationships between internal and external clients.
  • Contribute to winning work by identifying and converting opportunities using existing client relationships.
