Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the daily operations of a high-performing team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a group of up to 10 individuals in various roles within the store environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Create and manage task rosters for the team, ensuring efficient workflow and effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  • Manage time and attendance activities, including tracking hours, managing absences, and maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Procure necessary supplies and equipment for the team, staying within allocated budgets
  • Provide hands-on support to the team, performing operational tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities
Requirements:
  • Ambitious mindset and passion for delivering results in a retail environment
  • Flexibility to work in various settings, including shop floor, refrigeration areas, freezers, and car parks
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other department managers and leadership teams to plan routines and schedules
  • Organizational skills to ensure the team has necessary equipment and supplies
  • Comfortable working within regulatory frameworks, including food safety and industrial regulations
  • A valid full Australian driver's licence (Green P's or full licence) for collecting trolleys using company vehicles
