**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Internet Sales department. This is a pivotal role where you will have the opportunity and autonomy to have a real impact on Youi’s success and ensure the delivery of a customer focused sales experience. Reporting to the Head of Sales Internet, you will be responsible for:

- Creating a winning culture of success and performance in-line with Youi’s values, that delivers strong staff engagement.
- “Coaching the Coaches” to develop our staff to achieve business KPI’s and ensure Youi advisors have long and rewarding careers with Youi.
- Maintaining staffing levels through effective recruitment/selection decisions and managing turnover as well as identifying leadership talent.
- Data analysis and reporting on performance.
- Identifying opportunities and expertly executing plans to improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and deliver memorable customer experiences.
- Ensuring your group delivers “awesome service” to our customers and fellow Youi staff.

**Skills & Experience**
- Background in sales operations management
- Proven experience leading remote teams is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of call centre processes and procedures
- Relevant qualifications in business or management preferred
- Track record in building high performing teams through strong leadership and engagement
- Ability to identify operational gaps and generate workable and innovative solutions
- Solid data interpretation and analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and cross-functional influence
- High level of integrity and professional accountability and
- Ability to embrace and drive change in a fast-paced environment
