Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising standards
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets
  • Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
  • Effectively manage wage costs and implement rostering standards to minimize shrinkage
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation
