About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling to drive business performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Proven experience as a successful Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive business performance
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a seamless in-store experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with colleagues
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale and inventory management software
