About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee store operations and drive sales growth.

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Motivate team members to achieve exceptional results in KPIs & added value targets across stores
  • Monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement
  • Effectively manage wage costs to weekly wage targets, company rostering standards, and GRIA guidelines
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage development through training and succession plans
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation

  • Demonstrated retail store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and driven attitude
  • Passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed
  • Ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs
  • Sound operational and strategic skills set with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Effective roster management and wage control
  • Strong professional relationships with Support Office departments
