Job Opportunity: Concession Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our concession locations across Myer nationally, including leading a team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.

  • Utilize available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer.
  • Provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer-led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience.
  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
  • Actively maintain a safe working environment for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
  • Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring it is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team.
  • Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering.
  • Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have a strong ability to manage and motivate teams, and have prior experience in a similar role.
