About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business success. This is a pivotal role in collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer to oversee all campaigns and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Manage the Marketing Calendar, ensuring a balance between strategic and tactical initiatives and alignment with Merchandising priorities.
  • Lead the planning and creative development process for all marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resources are allocated and kept in budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations and insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role working in retail, preferably with event management experience.
  • A customer-first mindset that puts our audience at the centre of everything you do.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills that make complex ideas simple and compelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines, handling a broad range of projects.
