At Direct Group, we're seeking a highly skilled PR & Brand Lead to drive our brand presence and shape the narrative of our leading shopping destination. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can craft compelling stories that captivate media attention and consumer imagination.

About the Role

As our PR & Brand Lead, you'll be responsible for developing high-impact earned media campaigns that showcase our unique market position, cultivating relationships with key media contacts and social influencers, and creating engaging content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to drive brand awareness and media coverage
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners
  • Create engaging content, including press releases, media kits, and social media posts
  • Lead the development and execution of influencer partnerships and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar PR/Brand role, with a proven track record of success in the retail industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling
  • Experience with influencer marketing and event management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
