Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Campaign Manager to drive the success of our marketing efforts in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer.

About the Role
  • This pivotal role oversees all campaigns and marketing activities, including monthly print, brand, and ATL marketing initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for managing customer events, overseeing our License to Shop loyalty program and Concierge Club, as well as the social media delivery of campaign and ATL relevant content.
Your Responsibilities
  • E nsure that TVSN's brand personality and identity is consistently portrayed across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Work with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Manager to develop campaign strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage the Marketing Calendar, ensuring a balance between strategic and tactical initiatives and alignment with Merchandising priorities.
  • Lead the planning and creative development process for all marketing campaigns and tactical initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resources are allocated and kept in budget.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of print materials, such as shoppers' guides and catalogues, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships between external channels to maximise cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing team with all activities.

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience, plus benefits.
