Seeking an Insurance Specialist

We are searching for a highly skilled professional to join our Multinational Risk Management team. This role will be based in Sydney office and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days of office work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop effective client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively responding to them.
  • Implement renewal and broking strategies tailored to client requirements, increasing overall portfolio value.
  • Analyze and process billing requests and gather information for quotes efficiently, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients, securing favorable policies.
  • Manage outstanding renewals, credit control, and necessary reporting for the client portfolio, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify new business opportunities in a timely manner, introducing new products or broader policies as appropriate, driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
