Customer Service Delivery Specialist

Are you looking for a career that offers variety and challenge? As a Customer Service Delivery Specialist, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- You must hold an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence or Green probationary license with a safe driving record.
- You should be confident in navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas safely.
Physical Demands:
The role requires regular driving for extended periods, as well as spending time on your feet lifting and carrying groceries from the truck to delivery points (there could be stairs).
Job Expectations:
- You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- You will adhere to procedures and meet schedules and deadlines.
- You will work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possessing a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or card is desirable.
This casual position requires a combination of physical stamina, excellent time management, and great interpersonal skills.
