What We Offer

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule onsite guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay.
  • Meet monthly tour budgets and other key performance indicators.
  • Assist in ensuring prospects meet the Company's tour qualification specifications.
  • Handle greeting and registering members and guests, providing local area information, completing department paperwork, and using communication equipment.
  • Provide pre-call, welcome, and follow-up courtesy calls to guests, as well as porter service and tourist information/bookings.
