Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

With over 19,000 associates, we operate at more than 270 vacation club resort locations across the globe.
Your RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team. Your duties will include:
- Delivering required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
- Providing training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team
- SUPPORTING marketing programs and educating sales staff on marketing strategies
- FOLLOWING and representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner with adherence to industry and company best practices
- Participating in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings and providing on-site support to sales employees
- Showcasing integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on promises
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales with experience in managing high-volume sales teams
- Successful leadership ability including motivating, coaching, and performance management, accompanied by effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
- An engaging personality with a passion for holidays and travel
- A willingness to learn, with an open-minded and coachable attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A driven, dedicated, and committed work ethic with a 'whatever it takes' attitude
