Craft your future with Suntory Beverage & Food, a leading beverage company with a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the Far North Queensland region.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-performing sales team from the ground up and establish work processes that deliver exceptional results. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed their monthly and annual financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed their monthly and annual financial objectives.
  • Lead the team to execute against Suntory's Category, Channel, and Customer strategies.
  • Lead the team to deliver against their Customer Contact matrix and drive value to their called-on universe of On Premise and Off Premise customers.
  • Support the team in growing new business in the On Premise.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand distribution, visibility, and share of brands to increase revenue.
  • Lead the team to flawlessly execute key innovation and NPD initiatives in trade.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.
  • Coach and provide timely feedback to team members on individual and team development objectives as well as career role progression.
  • Champion Safety and ensure everyone gets home safe every day.
  • Champion and bring to life by example Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviors.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of success in a similar leadership role, with exceptional coaching skills and experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver strong results. You will also need to have a proven ability to manage targets, build new accounts with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and experience within the Liquor industry is highly advantageous.
