Business Solutions Partner

This role involves identifying and documenting business processes to support IT involvement in business-driven projects. It requires a combination of analytical and communication skills to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business processes and document requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs.
  • Prepare project documentation, including briefs and business cases.
  • Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
  • Maintain relationships across business units and IT teams.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner.
  • FMC industry experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field (preferred).
  • Business Analysis certification.
